BOOK REVIEW A book review is a detailed study or evaluation of the quality, meaning and significance of a book. The first steps in doing book review are to read the book carefully and take notes. You should read it at least twice, preferably with a gap between the lines. In your first reading, familiarize yourself with the book and form initial impression. In the second reading, test your impression and gather evidence to support your conclusions. Steps involved in book review: 1. Details of the book. 2. Background of the author. 3. Summarize the book. 4. Form your opinion.
